Sterilizing Tray Unit • Foil Roll TrolleyWe recently had an order for a client in the medical device sector for a sterilising tray unit and a foil roll trolley. These orders are repeat orders that we’ve been doing for the last 15 years. This year marks 30 years since the formation of ATC and it is repeat orders like these that have contributed to our long term success and sustainability. This continuing loyalty and trust only works if we are consistent, reliable and transparent with the customer throughout the whole process. We wanted this order to be no different. The Sterilising Tray Unit is a solution we manufactured for holding trays that are straight out of a sterilising unit. Measuring 1340 mm x 1144 mm, the unit was fitted with 13 shelves and made out of stainless steel metal. Stainless steel is a durable, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean metal that is biocompatible – all of which is integral for a company operating in the medical device sector.
The unit provides a secure and organised way to store sterilised products, ensuring that these products are safe for use when they are used by healthcare professionals and patients. This was a bespoke product, made to the customers requirements.

The Foil Roll Trolley is a trolley that is intended for holding pre-printed foil rolls that are used for labeling products. The trolley is made from stainless steel and is fitted with polyurethane wheels. Wheels made from polyurethane are extremely durable, resistant to wear and tear and roll smoothly and silently on surfaces. Additionally, they are non-marking and non-staining, making them ideal for clean, sterile environments.
The trolley also has a handle that pulls out from the unit to allow it to be pulled from stores to the workstation. Four holders are fitted on either side of the the unit. There is a twist and release mechanism on the front of the holders to allow easy loading and securing of the foil rolls.
