We recently had a production order for two types of production dollies for a company supporting the medical device sector. These dollies are used for moving stackable containers from point A to point B within a production environment. This dolly was manufactured using our new state-of-the-art 6kW laser cutter machine and CNC Brake Press. This advanced equipment enabled our skilled engineering team to achieve precision and accuracy during the manufacturing process, resulting in a product that perfectly aligned with the client’s requirements.
The primary purpose of the Tote Dolly was to ensure the safe transportation of delicate components within the client’s facility. The dolly, which can hold up to 80kg, was tested with the customers product to ensure it functions as intended. The dolly has a tight tolerance fit around the totes and can hold stackable totes.
As a company dedicated to quality and reliability, our design prioritized the protection of valuable goods during transit. The Tote Dolly was engineered with the most suitable materials and components to withstand the rigors of daily use, offering durability and longevity. Additionally, we incorporated four robust castor wheels, offering smooth movement and enhanced stability, even under heavy loads.
Through our in-house design and manufacturing capabilities, we were able to deliver a high-quality, ergonomic, and precisely fitted solution that met all the client’s requirements.
